John tempesta

John is an assistant city attorney, City of Austin.  He specializes in providing technology and regulatory legal services for Austin Energy, one of the largest municipally owned utilities in the USA.  A graduate in economics from the University of Chicago, he holds a JD degree from The University of Texas Law School and the MPA degree from the LBJ School of Public Affairs, with a focus on local government.

ROBERT WOOD

Robert is City Administrator of the City of Westlake Hills, Texas, a position he has held since 2007.  He has also served as City Manager for the City of Flatonia, Texas.  He holds a BA degree in economics from The University of Texas at Austin and is a graduate of the LBJ School.  He is a member of the Texas City Management Association and the International City/County Management Associations.
